A Sacred Container for Deep Connection

Join us for four days and three nights of intentional ceremony, embodied practice, and community immersion in a secluded mountain setting near Nashville. Surrounded by 26 acres of forest and nourished by a natural spring, this retreat is designed to support deep spiritual connection, grounded integration, and authentic relationship.

This intimate gathering is limited to 10 participants to ensure safety, presence, and meaningful connection.

Each ceremony is approached with preparation, intention-setting, and integration support.

Facilitators

Together, we hold a grounded and intentional ceremonial space rooted in reverence, integrity, and community care.

Retreat Activities

In addition to ceremony, the retreat will include some or all of the following engaging activities:

• Dancing

• Drumming

• Authentic Relating

• Sound Baths

• Nature Walks

These practices are woven throughout the weekend to support embodiment, connection, and integration.

Participants are encouraged to bring an air mattress. There are a king bed and 7-foot sofa available to those who don't have or are unable to sleep on an air mattress. Car or tent camping is also possible and welcomed.

Scholarships and payment plans available.

Your contribution supports the land, facilitators, materials, and the creation of a safe, intentional ceremonial container.

You may prepare a meal for the group in exchange for a discount on your donation.
