This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies to Entheo Community and Entheo Alliance (“Entheo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Privacy Policy

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when subscribing to communications, becoming a member, registering for events, making donations, completing forms, using our member portal, or otherwise interacting with us. This may include contact information, membership information, registration and donation information, and other information you choose to provide.

We use this information to administer memberships, events, programs, donations, communications, and other services; maintain organizational records; provide member features such as directories; respond to requests; and operate and improve our services.

Our member portal may allow members to view and edit their information and access private member directories. Authentication may be provided through third-party services such as Google.

We use service providers to help operate our organization and services, including Airtable, Zeffy, Google, Sender.net, Fillout (Zite), Twilio, and other providers as needed. These providers may process information on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

SMS and RCS Privacy

If you opt in to receive SMS, MMS, RCS, or similar text messages, we use your phone number and messaging preferences to send the notifications you requested.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and service providers used to provide the text messaging services.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to services and communications provided by Entheo Community and Entheo Alliance. Additional terms or requirements may apply to particular memberships, events, programs, or activities.

SMS and RCS Messaging Program

Entheo Community and Entheo Alliance use SMS and RCS messaging to send:

• Reminders for events, meetings, activities, or other notifications that you have requested; and

• Notifications asking you to check your Signal messages or email when we have previously attempted to reach you through those channels.

Message frequency varies depending on the reminders and notifications you have requested.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

If you change your mobile number, please update your contact information or messaging preferences with us when practical.

Participation in our text messaging program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a service, making a donation, becoming a member, or participating in an unrelated activity.

Your use of our messaging program is also subject to the Privacy Policy above.
