We founded Entheo Community to help give you peace of mind knowing you are safe in your practice with sacrament. While it is true that you theroretically have the same rights as a member or non-member, it is also true that on your own it is far more difficult to defend yourself or appear legitimate. As a member, you will enjoy considerably less likelihood of interference by government, for the following reasons:
Organizational structure
Entheo Community is an unincorporated faith-based organization: we do not report or defer to any government body. By remaining separate from the government instead of incorporating, we ensure that our liberties as free men and women remain fully protected.
The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 sets the additional burden that if the government wishes to interfere in any person’s exercise of religion, that they must prove (1) compelling interest and (2) least restrictive means. This is extremely hard for them to do when we are practicing responsibility and in integrity.
The more clearly we are a church, the more likely our freedoms will be recognized in a court of law. The IRS has defined the term Church for tax purposes (most of which we satisfy), but they cannot define religious exercise.
Education
In our Sacrament Minsiter ordination training we teach you safety and best practices that will greatly improve the likelihood that your freedoms will be legally recognized:
How to practice safely within your first amendment rights
Best practices around storage, transport and terminology
Consent, Ethics and Safety when practicing with others
Intentionality and ceremony in any setting
Confidence in asserting your rights if they are challenged
Effects, dosing, and best practices for each of our sacraments
Documentation
By signing our Community Participation Agreement upon becoming a member, you create written, court-admissible evidence that your practice with sacraments is part of your sincere religious exercise, and the well-developed structure of our organization gives a great deal of legitimacy to your claim.
By commpleting our Sacrametn Minister ordination, you create documented, court-admissible evidence that you are well-educated and safe in the handling of, and practice with, our sacraments. This is very important in the protection of anyone carrying scheduled sacraments, especially when exchanging them with others.
Entheo Community pledges to vouch in defense of any active member who is practicing in alignment with our best practices.
Privacy
Our identifiable member data is private and inaccessible to anyone outside our staff. The government does not have rights to look into our data without compelling reason, which is far more difficult to obtain than even a warrant or a subpoena.
Numbers
The more our membership grows, the more our numbers will speak for themselves. A large organization has great power, and we are growing every day, with your help.
Confidence
The biggest protection of all is the confidence and peace of mind you gain from what we offer. Confidence is the same as trust, which is the same as faith. This is ultimately a faith practice, and the more you cultivate faith, the more you will naturally be protected.
